For a school subject, Food and Beverage, a classmate and I had to create a new concept within this field. We came up with the idea of a soup bar at Central Station The Hague. All aspects of a real concept were taken into consideration, from the design and floorplan to protocols, management, staff and financials.
From all Tio locations, only a few groups were selected to present in front of a jury. We were proud to be awarded with the third place.
One of my tasks in developing the soup bar was creating a floorplan, of which you will find a few pictures below.
